Refund Policy 

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right we’re happy to help. Please read the following terms before returning your items. 

Eligibility for returns:

•We offer a 14 day refund policy. Returns must be posted back within 14 days of fulfilment date (date of dispatch).

•Items must be returned unworn and in its original condition, with packaging and all labels and tags still attached.

•Returns showing any sign of wear (including marks, makeup, deodorant, fake tan,perfume, or any other general use) will be rejected and sent back to the customer. 

•Sale items are non-returnable.

Returns shipping: 

* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We currently do not offer prepaid returns. 

* All returns must be done via a tracked postal service. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed and appear in your account (processing times may vary by bank).
